To our valued clients,
Here at South Paw Animal Hospital we strive to provide our clients and patients with the absolute best in veterinary care. Dr. Marks has owned and operated South Paw since March 1, 2000, and offers cutting edge services including emergency care. As a single doctor practice, she is available for her clients until 9pm every day except Tuesday. In the unfortunate event that you should have an emergency with your beloved pet and it is after hours, please call the office at 609-465-9006. Our answering service will contact Dr. Marks and she will call you back immediately.
We strive for excellence in care and treat our patients as if they were members of our own family. It is because of this that we have become deeply concerned that the emergency needs of our clients are not being met appropriately. Over the past few months we have been receiving complaint after complaint from our clients about the quality and exorbitant expense provided by an emergency service in Cape May County. We have been told of poor treatment and misdiagnosis of our patients with a lack of caring that our clients are not use to. We have been asked if there are other options for after hour care as patients have suffered, been denied medical care, and in some cases have died. Clients have been strong armed into huge veterinary bills and have been made to feel guilty if they were unable to do what was recommended.
We want to make sure that our clients know Dr. Marks endorses Red Bank Veterinary Hospital in Linwood, NJ. Dr. Marks has used the Linwood Clinic now for over a decade and thoroughly trusts that they will treat you and your pets with the quality of service that our clients should expect. If you should have any questions or concerns about after hour emergency care please call the office at 609-465-9006. We would be more than happy to make sure our clients know what options are available.
If your pet is seen by any emergency clinic, please let them know that you are a client of South Paw so we can be notified.
